The room was nice, with updated bathrooms and they offered a Christmas tea; the location was great, close to a quaint library and the museums up on Museum Mile.

The service is excellent with private parking available and amazing meals. The fact that it has a fast check in, that worked great for us.

Decor felt a bit outdated.

I had the most delightful stay at a charming hotel on the Upper East Side. The room was comfortable and spacious, offering a true oasis of tranquility. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully curated decor to the friendly and gracious staff who made me feel like royalty. The location was perfect, allowing for rejuvenating walks in Central Park and easy access to nearby museums. I highly recommend this hotel for its elegance, service, and prime location.

The location is fabulous and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and the turn down service is thoughtful. The valet parking and check-in process, complete with complimentary champagne, is top-notch. The room is quiet and comfortable with great linens.

Our two-night stay at this hotel was pure luxury. The staff, except for a few daytime reception girls, were incredible, always cheerful, and extremely helpful. The front of house staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellboy, provided excellent service. The doorman even organized a taxi for us. The complementary drink, fruit bowl, and bottle of red wine on arrival were a nice touch. The breakfasts were excellent, with friendly service. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well both nights. The shower was good, and the hotel's cleanliness was first class. The location was ideal, close to many wonderful activities in a residential neighborhood on the upper east side of Manhattan.

The hotel is located in a quaint residential neighborhood, making it convenient to walk to Madison or Park to hail a cab. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the nearest museums, perfect for art enthusiasts. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with tasteful decorations and great linens. The service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast offers delicious food with ample healthier options.

The restaurant is improperly staffed and the service is slow, which can be frustrating for hungry guests.
